Nintendo เผยข้อมูลสเปคเครื่องเกมส์ Wii U โดยวางจำหน่าย 2 รุ่น 2 สี

Nintendo เปิดเผยสเปคเครื่องเกมส์รุ่นใหม่ Wii U โดยมีกำหนดจะวางจำหน่ายจำนวน 2 รุ่นคือ Basic และ Premium และวางจำหน่ายวันที่ 18 พฤศจิกายน 2012 ที่อเมริกา และ 8 ธันวาคม 2012 ที่ญี่ปุ่น

สำหรับ Wii U รุ่น Basic ใช้หน่วยความจำประเภท internal flash memory จำนวน 8 GB สามารถเก็บข้อมูลเกมส์และคอนเทนต์เกมส์จาก Nintendo Network และตัวเครื่องจะเป็นสีขาว ส่วนรุ่น Premium มีเนื้อที่ 32 GB และเป็นเครื่องสีดำ ด้านแผ่นเกมส์ Wii U มีความจุถึง 25GB และจะคำนวณการติดตั้งจากการกะเนื้อที่ฮาร์ดดิสก์เอง ส่วนแรม มีถึง 2 GB โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 การใช้งานคือ System Memory กับ Game Memory และการแสดงผลเกมส์จะเป็น 1080p

ด้านเกมส์ใหม่ๆที่วางจำหน่าย มีการเปิดเผยออกมาจำนวนหนึ่งราว 30 เกมส์ ดังนี้
